Margins

Margins, crop marks, and the default border are shown as thin navy or grey lines around the canvas.They are displayed by default if they were created with the canvas.

You can change the color of crop marks and margins in Preferences > Ruler/Unit. You can stop showing margins by turning off View > Crop marks/Inner border.

If the canvas does not have any margins set, you can add them using View > Crop marks/Inner border settings or Story > Change page settings or Change project settings. Options for margins, crop marks, the inner border, and safety margins appear when Comic settings are turned on.
