Circles

Use the Ellipse sub tool to draw shapes such as circles and ovals.

To create a perfect circle, hold the Shift key while dragging, or turn on Aspect ratio in the Tool Property palette and set the same values for width (W) and height (H).

To adjust the angle of an oval shape, turn on Adjust angle after fixed in the Tool Property palette.After drawing the oval and tapping to confirm the size and shape, you can move your cursor around the shape to adjust the angle.Tap again to confirm the angle.
